We believe that along with miracles, God works through discipline and intentionality.  With the goal of walking alongside young people so they can be launched successfully into their adult lives, we believe structure is required.  To override the negative experiences and models they grew up with, individuals need a framework of support until their paradigm has changed.  With this knowledge in mind we have developed a program requiring a level of commitment to not repeat the patterns of their families of origin.  Each participant in the program will enter into an agreement, that in the execution of it, will provide them the tools and direction to transition into their next season of life with victory and ready to make a differences in their family and their community.
